   "MARITIME CONSULTING Company UNITRADE, Ltd." was established to provide the professional  consulting and manning services rendered to Shipowners/Managers.  The service is targeted  towards customers  who expect high quality at  a  competitive price, achieved  by utilizing economies of scale to enable us  to reduce costs and  lower prices.

CREWMANNING.   "Safety at first" means, by Ourselves, an efficient Crew onboard. Types of vessels: Dry cargo, Bulk carriers, Container ships, Tankers and Offshore support vessels. The service can be provided individually or collectively, from our Pool, in all aspects of manning service (Referencers etc. see: Recruiting Department). We have our travel/ visa Agent in Kiev (capital of Ukraine).  The thorough selection and assessment of  Seafarers is being conducted  by experienced  ex-seagoing senior Officers  with an university level  of education. The  pre-joining Candidates'  familiarizations  with Company's policy, Employers' "Safety Management System" is one of the priorities of the recruitment procedures.

   We are looking  for growing upto  position when Company/ Recruiting department would be opened  to share/rename/represent the Owners/Managers as  an  exclusive  manning Partner/ Representative.

CONSULTING SERVICE.

Safety Management System.  In compliance with International ISM Code:  MCC  Unitrade  renders the service by  certified Auditor (internal):

     Designating Person Ashore (D.P.A.) -- monitoring for Shipowners/ Managers;

     Appraisal (diagnostic)  ISM audit,  Internal ISM audit.

SHIP'S  SAIL & PURCHASE

The Company performs the Pre-Purchase surveys on  the Owners/ Clients' request.

Usually inspection is carried out by 1-2 certified Surveyors, depending on the type of vessel and her condition. Results of the survey are presented in the form of written report (either of standard layout or provided by the Customer). This service is rendered worldwide on the basis of requests  in  reasonable advance, considering time necessary for delegation to Partners or travelling/visa arrangements, if any.
